OUR MISSION

To create a nourishing space for women to find connection, community and sisterhood.

Our aim in creating this space is to give you a safe environment to explore your relationship with yourself in the company of like minded souls.

Through gentle movement, healthy nourishment, guided workshops & beautiful surroundings we aim to assist you in coming away with a calmer and happier nervous system.

Set in the Norfolk countryside, 10 mins from the sea, our beautiful residential location has the welcoming aura of a home, with enough space to recharge and tune in.

Arrival will be anytime after 4pm on Thursday, April 13th.  An evening meal will be provided.

Friday and Saturday will see us delve into various workshops and movement modalities.

 

Meals and snacks will be provided.

There will be sufficient time for contemplation, integration and rest.

Breakfast will be provided on Sunday before your departure.
